Frequently Asked Questions

1. ARE THE ROOMS ACTUALLY LOCKED?
No, you are never locked in the room. You can exit the room at any time.

2. ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Any age can enjoy our games, although the younger you are - the less likely you may be able to solve some of our puzzles.  Any players under 16 years old needs to be accompanied by an adult throughout the adventure.   Players 6 years old and under can accomopany your team at no additional charge.

3. ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
No, tickets are non-refundable. We can rebook your group if you give at least 24 hours notice.

4. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GROUP IS SMALLER THAN THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS ALLOWED?
All games are private and you will not be grouped with strangers.  The maximum number of players stated can not be exceeded, however you can play a game with only one player if you'd like.   However, during weekend hours, a minimum number of players are required.  If you would like to play with less players then you can purchase the additional tickets.

5. ARE PRIVATE BOOKINGS OR CORPORATE RESERVATIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes! To book for a private event, please contact us directly to discuss maximum room occupancy and availability.

6. WHAT IS THE COST?
$25 per person for escape rooms
$15 per person for outdoor scavenger hunts
$300 for 3 hour birthday party package
$250 for 2 hour team building
$350 for 3 hour team building
Prices shown do not include taxes and booking fee. 

7. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.  If you arrive late, you may not be able to play for the full 60 minutes if there is a group coming in behind you.

8. DO YOU SELL FOOD AND DRINKS?
We do not, however, we do offer free bottled water as well as free individually wrapped candies.  We will work with your caterer if you would like food during your party or team-building event.

9.  PROMOCODES AND GROUP VOUCHERS
Codes should be entered into the Promocode field upon selecting your game, day, time and amount of players.  Promotions are not accepted Monday-Friday before 5pm.
